Downtown Bloomington Inc. [DBI] is a non–profit membership organization focused on the continued revitalization of Downtown Bloomington, Indiana. Since 1984, our mission has been to educate the public about the benefits of a strong downtown, to facilitate public and private partnerships and to provide unified leadership in order to strengthen and support Downtown Bloomington as the heart of the city for all citizens.
