The Bloomington Economic Development Corp.’s annual State of the Bloomington Regional Economy was not its typical event this year, not only due to its virtual format, but also its focus on the COVID-19 pandemic.
This year’s event primarily featured current measures being taken to aid businesses during unprecedented unemployment levels and what could be expected in the future.
