If the Bloomington Economic Development Corp. has its way, Monroe County will have what it takes to land the best minds in the world.
“It is exactly where we have to go,” said Ron Walker, BEDC president, who spoke at the organization’s annual meeting Wednesday. “As we compete for talent globally, as we compete for investment globally, we have to be the type of community that attracts and can retain the best and brightest workers.”
