Jennifer Pearl

Jennifer Pearl has been a part of the Bloomington regional community since 2007. She has family, work, and educational ties across the region. She came to BEDC from the Indy Chamber, where she served as Director of International Programs, overseeing the implementation of the Metro Indianapolis Global Trade & Investment Strategy for the nine-county metro region.

Before that, Jen was a Senior Consultant with North Head, a public affairs and strategic communications agency based in Beijing, China. She conducted policy analysis and public affairs campaigns for multinational clients doing business in Asia and trade across international markets.

She has strong ties to Indiana, having managed global partnerships for five years at the Indiana University School of Public Health. Jen began her career at National Public Radio in Washington, DC. She is an alumna of Indiana University, where she received her Master of Public Affairs and Master of Arts in East Asian Studies, and Syracuse University.
